The purpose of the St. Joseph High School Class of 1971 Alumni Association is to promote and encourage contact among fellow class members through the annual class reunion, the email discussion group, and through individual contacts. The association provides class members the opportunity to actively network with fellow class members and their extended family.

Another purpose of the association is to support the class sponsored scholarship program at St. Joseph High School. Through the generous contributions of fellow class members, need based scholarships amounting to $7,000 are awarded each year to four academically talented students. To date the class of 1971 has awarded 14 four year scholarships.

Membership to the St. Joseph High School Class of 1971 Alumni Association is open to all St. Joseph High School class of 1971 members. The Association welcomes all who wish to participate in and support class-sponsored activities that benefit members and St. Joseph High School.
